As a non-profit manager, Katrina’s goal is to strengthen organizations from within so they can exploit their potential and maximum impact. She pursues a holistic approach that not only focuses on people as democratic actors but also on institutional professionalization. With the Collective Impact Funding Initiative (CIFI - “Zukunftsträger”) in particular, we are pursuing a collective impact approach in order to increase our impact through effective trisectoral corporations.”
